B&O Railroad Museum	The oldest railroad station in America, including a large train model exhibit
Benjamin Banneker Historical Park	Benjamin Banneker (who was a free man) was a self-educated scientist.
Ellicott City Colored School	Constructed in 1880 as the first public school for black children in Howard County
Ellicott City Fire Station	Our very own fire station, however no longer used but houses a museum
Heritage Orientation Center	A wealth of information about the fires, floods and Ellicott family & the town.
Historic Society Library Museum	Providing library research & museum facilities on the history of Howard County
Mt. Ida Visitor Center	Historic Mt. Ida is the visitor center and office for the Patapsco Female Institute.
Patapsco Female Institute	Operated for more than 50 years as an elegant finishing school for young women.
Thomas Isaac Log Cabin	This rustic structure was built circa 1780 by an early settler of Ellicott's Mills.
