Historic Ellicott City , MD - The 29 th annual Midnight Madness in Ellicott City will take place Friday, December 1 st rain or shine followed by Hospitality Weekend, Saturday and Sunday December 2 nd and 3rd .

In addition, there will be plenty of entertainment throughout the evening:
• Santa's arrival by historic fire truck at 7:30 p.m. • Costumed madrigal performers • Jazz Band, Brass Band and Solo Vocalist performers • Roaming Bagpiper and Magician
The festivities continue through the rest of the weekend with music by string ensembles and a roaming street magician.
