The MTA operates more than 50 local Bus lines throughout Central Maryland.  Many Bus lines connect with
Light Rail, Metro Subway and MARC Train service.  When riding MTA Bus service, pay the fare as you board.
Exact fare is required.  Customers may then ask the operator where to get off or watch/listen for the appropriate stop.  Touch the yellow strip on the interior of the bus to alert the operator that you want to get off at the next stop.
